雅思口說: 改變思考模式，讓你有源源不絕的談話內容

雅思口說的四項評分項目中(流暢性、文法、單字、發音)雖然沒有內容性，但是如果想不到內容，你根本無法有足夠的機會說服考官你的能力有多高，就算你會很多單字、會複雜的文法，有超標準的發音以及超流暢的英文，當你沒有東西講時，這些能力根本發揮不出來，因此本篇針對口說第二和第三部份，教你如何訓練「思考」，久而久之，你的腦子習慣這樣的思考後，就可以很快地連結出內容了。

在多元智能的分類中，邏輯智能其中包含了連結力，有些人天生可以快速地連結，而有些人則不然，因此語言能力不見得是唯一影響到你成績的因素 (這也適用在寫作中)，訓練我們的腦子去連結就更顯得重要了。

首先，第一部份不需要回答太長的句子，因此自行準備即可，大約三四句簡單講就好，太冗長反而不是好事。

第二部份

我們使用wh循環表來思考，在回答問題中，要視情況(按照題卡上)調整每個wh問題的題目，例如: who 有可能是 who was with you 亦可能是 who did you go there with 等等

但大致上來說，因為第二部份可以打草稿，調整不是太大的問題，但若你只單純回答題卡上的題目，其實是太短的，因此會建議常常詞窮的朋友們固定把循環表上的點都講到，並且在許多點上可以解釋why。

例題:

Describe your favourite Restaurant.

You should say:

where it is
what it looks like inside and outside
what kinds of foods they serve

and explain what makes this restaurant so special to you and others.

*示範筆記為求清楚，將全部的字完整拼出，真正考試是不需要完整拼出的，只要自己看得懂就好。

*1~7這樣的順序是我習慣的標示方式，在寫筆記的時候就直接標出來(後面沒時間再給你標)，才可以給個比較有順序性、結構性的回答。

本題目要求的what比較多，因此在what中要更加著墨，其他的部份若題卡沒特別提到，稍微帶過即可。

由於在英國的學術研究思維邏輯常常是提出問題並自我回答，因此雅思利用這樣的方法便可以輕鬆破解(寫作也是)，以下為note的思考根本問題:

What is the name of the restaurant?
When did you visit there?
Who did you go with?
Where is the restaurant?
What food do they serve there?
What decoration does it have? How does it look like?
How do you feel about it? Why?

接著我們就按照上面的順序來給一篇小小的演說(為了方便對照，我直接把問題的編碼標上去)

Today I am going to tell you about my favourite restaurant which I visit regularly ever since I first visited it.

1.The name of the restaurant is Rose Garden. 2.The first time that I visited it was two months ago 3.when my friends and I had a little old friends’ reunion there. My friend, Diana, highly recommended it. That’s basically why we chose it. Another reason is that it is easy to get to. 4.It is located on a busy street near the Central Park station in Kaohsiung. Because of the convenience that the MRT brings, it is always full of people. Without a reservation, you can hardly get a seat there. Last time we waited for an hour outside because we assumed it wouldn’t be crowded on a weekday. Clearly we were wrong. However, it was totally worth it since the food was just amazing. 5.They serve various kinds of food, in particular Italian food because the owner is an Italian. As for the drinks, countless special cocktails can be found on the menu. I’ve tried a few, such as Rose Rose, Ciao Bella…and none of which isn’t worth recommending. Another reason why I like it is because of its decoration. 6.The decoration inside is pretty much like a commonly seen restaurant in Italy. Having a rose garden outside makes it look like a house in a fairy-tale. It is so romantic. 7.The reason why this restaurant is really special to me is that it reminds me of the days when I stayed in Italy. It has an Italian atmosphere mostly because the owner is from Italy. He brings all the enthusiasm and friendliness from there I think.

基本上，因為準備時間有限，不可能把每個細節的關鍵字都寫出，因此只要記得，在講完一個點之後稍微多做解釋(例如解釋why或是一些條件although/if，上面藍色部份)，或者是給予一些個人經驗或感受(上面紅色部份)，就可以讓內容充實多很多唷!

第三部份

第三部份採用中心式的思考模式，從what (回答問題)到why (解釋答案，可以給多於一個原因)再到example(提供一些例子)最後到suggestion或personal position(提供建議或重申個人立場)

基本上第三部份的題目是從第二部份延伸出來的:

例題1

Which one is better: home-made foods or foods from a restaurant?

Well, personally, I think foods from a restaurant is better (WHAT) since in order to keep the customers coming, the quality of food in restaurants has to maintain in a certain level. Also, the standard of hygiene is highly restricted and overseen(WHY), which makes the food in a certain degree of cleanness. The restaurant wouldn’t want to risk its own reputation by serving unclean food.(EXAMPLE) Therefore, if I had to choose between home-made food and food in the restaurant, I would choose the latter one. (SUGGESTION/PERSONAL POSITION)

例題二

What traditional foods do you have in your country?

There are many kinds of traditional food in Taiwan. We are known for the food. I guess one of the most well-known one is stinky tofu(WHAT). It is famous for the insufferable smell which in contrast to its unbelievably delicious taste(WHY). Another is steam buns(WHAT) because of a famous restaurant called Din Tai Feng(WHY). Both of them are recommended to foreigner visitors by most of us(EXAMPLE). For me, if any of my foreign friends visited me, the first thing I did would be taking them to the market and enjoying these traditional foods in Taiwan (SUGGESTION).
